Now, according to the Moscow Administrative Code, for “involving minors in the use of liquefied hydrocarbon gases by inhalation,” Russians will be fined from four to five thousand rubles, and officials - up to 10 thousand rubles.
In addition, changes were made to Article 20 of the capital’s law “On Youth” (prevention of negative phenomena among young people). “Inhalation of household gases” will be added to Part 1 of this article about “cultivating respect for the law and moral standards” and “prevention of crime, smoking, alcoholism, drug addiction, the spread of HIV infection, neglect.”
