The court in Moscow fined the participant of the action against cameras with the recognition of persons

The Tver District Court of Moscow for ten thousand rubles fined a participant in a performative action against cameras with the recognition technology of persons Marina Bezenkova. This was reported by a lawyer from the OTD-info Dmitry Grustatov.

The court found Bezenkov guilty under an article on violation of the rules of public events (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The lawyer filed a complaint against the court decision.

The girl, as well as Katrin Nenashev, Stepan Gnezdilov and Semyon Morozov were detained on February 9 near the presidential administration building. Then the activists, within the framework of the “Follow” campaign, applied makeup on the face, protesting against cameras with a person recognition system. Three people - Nenashev, Morozov and Gnezdilov - previously fined 15 thousand rubles in connection with the action.

Fixed: initially the news was written about a fine of 5 thousand rubles.
