In the blood of Efremov, 2.1 ppm of alcohol was found (this approximately corresponds to a bottle of vodka), as well as traces of cocaine and cannabinoids. Since June 9, Efremov has been under house arrest. He faces imprisonment for a period of 5 to 12 years.
