Petersburg Governor Alexander Beglov signed a decree on the opening of a number of household organizations from June 15, which suspended work in the spring due to the outbreak of the coronavirus. This will also affect hairdressers, libraries and baths, however, some restrictions on them will continue to apply.
So, to visit libraries and archives, an appointment will be required, hairdressers and beauty salons will not be able to provide cosmetic services, and steam rooms will not work in the baths - only washing areas.
In addition to them, furniture stores, real estate organizations, recruiting agencies and photo workshops will be able to resume work - with the exception of those located in shopping centers. The rental and repair of bicycles and scooters were also allowed; sports complexes will open only for the training of athletes.
At the beginning of this week, from June 9, many of these restrictions, including the work of hairdressers, have already been lifted in Moscow, along with a permit regime. Summer verandas of restaurants, libraries and museums should open in the capital from June 16, and stationary catering establishments from June 23. At the same time, residents of the city are still ordered to keep their distance and wear masks and gloves in public places.
