The image of a professional doctor who is strictly communicating with patients and sometimes violating the boundaries is operated in many films and series. It should be borne in mind that such jokes are perceived very differently. But let's leave the satire questions and touch on serious things.

A similar image is close to people who are eager for someone else to take responsibility for their health.

The paternalist approach is archaic. The first step towards high -quality medicine is to involve people in caring for their personal and public health. Powerful medicine is born in a country where there is a dialogue between a doctor and a patient where the patient is an equal partner in the treatment process.

I would gladly call Dr. Myasnikov to a friendly duel.

We come up with three extremely complex clinical situations. I propose one, the second - butchers, the third - the editors of Novaya Gazeta. We talk on camera with “patients” and their “relatives”. And let the audience vote, which approach to them more to their liking.

It is not difficult to organize such a “duel”. We have excellent training schools of communications with patients (an example-“message” by Sonykina-Dordman) with a long training actors acting as patients.
