Deputy Chairman of the Naberezhnye Chelny City Court of Tatarstan Lenar Khasimov on May 27 in the interval between 14:00 and 14:30 examined 111 cases of violation of the “Self -isolation” regime (Article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). For one consideration, on average, he took 16 seconds. This was reported in a joint study of "important stories" and "cold".

From May 25 to May 31, Khasimov examined more than 800 cases, and on May 27 he examined 252 cases. The study states that since mid-April the courts have moved to the “automatic” regime of consideration of such cases due to the fact that police officers have a new article that became popular for drawing up protocols.

It is noted that the judges examined over a hundred protocols per day, copying the decisions. So, on May 7, the judge of the Oktyabrsky District Court of Ufa Timur Bagautdinov examined 90 protocols in 8 hours, which literally copy each other. All decisions said that the violators were "in a public place at the address ... in violation of the self -isolation regime." Decisions were distinguished only by personal data.

According to reports of journalists on the basis of published data of indictments under Articles 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and 6.3 from April to May, the Russians owe more than 175 million rubles to the state.
