In Tula, the police terminated the case of a violation of “self -isolation” against the blogger Ilya Varlamov

In Tula, the police terminated the administrative case of violation of the “self-isolation” regime against the blogger Ilya Varlamov, which was brought to him because of the video with a walk around the city. This was announced by MBH Media Coordinator of "Human Rights Cards" Alexei Pryanishnikov.

He added that the case was discontinued due to the lack of the composition of the offense.

Varlamov visited Tula on April 15 and shot a video about this. The police started a case of violation of the “Self-Insulation” regime (20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) on May 25 due to the fact that the blogger allegedly visited the Kazan embankment, although this was prohibited by the governor’s decree.
