In the Perm Territory, the Gornozavodsky District Court convicted pensioner Andrey Pervushin under the article on incitement to hatred or enmity (Article 282 of the Criminal Code) because of a post about the Holocaust. About this writes “Idel. Realities".

A criminal case was opened because of the text that Pervushin posted on his personal Vkontakte page, called “The article is a bomb. There was no Holocaust. Proven in a Canadian court." The court imposed a fine of 10 thousand rubles on the pensioner.

“In this situation, I feel innocently repressed. And what they accuse me of is insulting. The text posted on my page on social networks contains some historical moments and is not recognized as extremist.
