The presidential administration was detained by three people: Ekaterina Bazhanova, Karine Kovkhaev and Kirill Shishkanov.
Bazhanova stood with a poster in support of Konstantin Kotov, convicted of “repeated violations of the rules of public events”, and Kovkhaev and Shishkanov in support of the Crimean Tatars.
The detainees were delivered to OP "Kitay-Gorod". The OVD-Info reported this by Bazhanova. The police substantiated the detention with the need to conduct a preventive conversation.

20:50 All detainees were released from the ATS with obligations of a turnout to draw up a protocol under an article on violation of the rules of a public event (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This was reported by a lawyer from the OTD-info Vasily Kushnir, who represented the interests of Bazhanova and Kovkhaeva.
