Roskomnadzor unblocked Telegram

Roskomnadzor, in agreement with the Prosecutor General's Office, decided to remove the requirements to restrict access to the telegram messenger. This was reported on the website of the department.

The Roskomnadzor statement states: “We positively assess the readiness expressed by the founder of Telegrams to counter terrorism and extremism” (spelling preserved).
