A court in Ussuriysk has arrested for five days an actor playing the role of a fictitious deputy Vitaly Nalivkin in satirical videos of the BARAKuda YouTube channel. This is reported by "MBKh media" according to the author of the project Andrei Klochkov, who asked not to disclose the name of the actor.

The actor was detained on the street on June 15, allegedly for swearing. The next day, he was arrested, found guilty under Part 2 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (minor hooliganism associated with disobedience to police officers).

“They just came for him, took him to the department, put him in a cell, the next morning they took him to court and soldered him for five days. Our police are diligently silent on this matter, they do not comment on it in any way. Because it will immediately become clear to everyone that they decided to win back in this way, ”the publication quotes Klochkov as saying.

Earlier it became known that the police in Ussuriysk is conducting an investigation under an article on disrespect for the authorities in connection with a humorous video featuring Nalivkin. In it, a fictitious deputy helps to "uncover a criminal scheme" in which a high-ranking employee of the internal affairs bodies involved in "illicit trafficking in wild bioresources" participated.

The verification of the video was reported on the website of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

“Having spread the information, the director of the video expressed a clear disrespect for the state authorities, thereby discrediting the employees of the internal affairs bodies. Currently, the police are establishing the identity of the author and the heroes of the video. Despite the fact that the public positions itself as a channel of comic news broadcasting the stories of fictional characters, the hero of the staged video wears the uniform of an employee of the internal affairs bodies, which is an administrative offense,” the statement said.
