How criminal cases are disclosed in one of the "drugstolis" of Russia

A year ago, when the case of Ivan Golunov collapsed, civil society picked up a campaign against the repressive use of the “popular” article of the Criminal Code on drug trade. After all, now we have: half the country is sitting, and half the country - throws up. Of course, among convicts on the 228th, a huge number of real criminals, but the everyday practice of the police and ships turns such things into a “black box”: it is not known whether a person is guilty or not-will still sit down.

By the way, those who throws up regularly - so on the topic of the fight against drugs earns their “sticks” of the UK. In general, all in case - only the situation with drug dealer does not fundamentally change.

I’ll tell you one story about the most typical criminal case that will soon be obeyed in the court of the city of Bora - one of the provincial “drugstolis” of Russia.

Bor stands on the left bank of the Volga opposite Nizhny Novgorod, you can get from the city to the city not only by car or on the “piece of iron”, but also with the help of the cable car. A city -forming enterprise is a glass factory, where, in particular, in Soviet times, a faceted glass was launched into production. The center also looks quite in the Soviet way: the eternal fire and Lenin, painted with silver paint. By the way, it used to be Dzerzhinsky. When the time came, they did not demolish him entirely, they limited themselves to their heads, and there was no more suitable replacement than Ilyich. So it is worth it.

But in the new century, Bor became a large logistics point of drug dealers, of course, the drugs went to the people and in the city itself. Yes, they are so rooted that drug addiction here is considered commonplace, such as gear alcoholism.

In 2006, one of the locals phoned Putin’s direct line, the president instructed to understand the spread of drugs. They figured out, however, with gypsies. They were evicted, sealed at home, then they returned, but beautiful numbers were already listed in the reports of drug control.

They fought for five years, but not security officials won, but a drug exchange on the Internet. Then it was called RAMP, now the largest in Russia and, according to some estimates, in the world the resource is called “hydra”, but this, of course, does not change the essence of the matter. The main logistics scheme for the spread of drugs has become a bookmark. Not to say that this greatly complicates the work of the police.

The work scheme remained the same: “accept” the real drug addict, “convince” him to testify to people from the near circle.

And then how lucky: either they will bite or sit down. The real degree of guilt, it seems, is not interested in anyone at all.

Here is Andrei Shvetsov - a young guy, always frightened, with dampers in memory, a meager vocabulary. It has been used by drugs since 2014 - synthetic, intravenously.

Despite this, Andrei Shvetsov not so long ago married, brings up his wife’s son from his previous marriage, last year he himself became a father. All this time he did not stop taking drugs. Now Andrei is employed by a cook, preparing shawarma in a street stall.

But his old friend Andrei Zorin was not registered with a narcologist and a psychiatrist, he is engaged in repairs, earns on the Borsky standards well. Together with him, the cousin Alexander is working - an drug mining mining.

So there is life here: you yourself can not use it yourself, but in your circle of communication there will still be dependent.

So, your conversations and SMS correspondence, if law enforcement officers are fixed, will include conversations about drugs. And this already opens up opportunities for the establishment of a “group of persons” - under this condition, criminal prosecution costs, as they say, dressing.

In February 2019, Andrei Zorin really bought a drug for Andrei Shvetsov on the Hydra website and paid 6,300 rubles from his card for it. Then Shvetsov also asked to buy syringes.

“I called Shvetsov and said that I forgot to transmit the“ tool ”, so we called the syringes on the phone because I didn’t buy,” says Andrei Zorin. - He wanted to buy them at the pharmacy and brought my brother, also drug addict, but we were not going to do it. Then Shvetsov called another of our friends, Kirill Vostrikov, asked him to come and buy syringes along the way. Vostrikov did not buy anything and refused to take Shvetsov himself to the pharmacy, but at the same time he first drove to me for the adapter, and then to work with Andrei. He did not take him anywhere, because in the evening he flew to Cuba.

All these details are important, because, according to the prosecution, Zorin not only paid for the drug from his card, but also took the “bookmark”, and then handed over to Shvetsov for further resale. In this version, a clear failure: Zorin and Shvetsov did not see each other day. And the only one who approached the role of the "courier" is Vostrikov.

But Vostrikov was so -so, because he does not use drugs. And never used it. And also - did not buy and did not sell. This confirmed the examination, and then the polygraph. Although, of course, from the point of view of the police officers with their professional deformation, this state of affairs is simply incredible.

But they had nothing to do: the “implementation” has already gone.

As it turned out, Shvetsov stood for a long time, and Zorin with his high income level was quite suitable for the role of “wholesale”.

The first was detained by Shvetsov. I quote the indictment, otherwise you will not believe: “During the detention by employees of the windows of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city of Bor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region A. I do not know how common the practice of fixing the scotch of material evidence to the very detainee, but Shvetsov’s hand from polymer bags and scotch was released only two hours later, as indicated in the indictment, in the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the city of Bor, in office No. 113 during the inspection.

Kirill Vostrikov learned about the detention of Shvetsov after returning from Cuba, but did not even strain: all this did not concern him. Until they came to the apartment with a search.

They searched the apartment, of course they did not find anything, they seized the phone, they took me to the department. I could not contact anyone, my wife guarded me near the police, interrogated from about twelve to seven in the evening.

They didn’t beat me, but they pressed me, the investigator left me with the operatives.

They said that everything was bad for me that they would close me before the court’s decision and raped me during this time that they would also put my wife, who was with me in the car, when I supposedly worshiped drugs from Zorin to Shvetsov, that they both already give readings for me. They still brought me to the laboratory, where I took the tests for the presence of drugs in the blood, the tests showed that I do not use drugs.

Then they told me that I was definitely a drug distributor, there was no other, right? After all, we have not a house, but a drug shade.

I really then got scared and stipulated myself, said Zorin.

When Vostrikov returned home, he hired a lawyer and abandoned his testimony. Later there was a confrontation with operative officer Alexei Tarasov, who “broke” Vostrikov. After the confrontation, Tarasov called Vostrikov to the boxing hall - to find out which of them is a man. The lawyer wrote complaints. As a result, the corpus delicti in the actions of Cyril was not found.

“In the case, there were still some testimonies, supposedly my“ corrected ”, but I never gave such evidence,” says Vostrikov. - Allegedly, I took and passed the bundle, not knowing that these were drugs.

Here is the accusation of Zorin on the first episode. And there is a second one. Everything is very simple there. For almost a month, Shvetsov has passed since the detention, the epic with Vostrikov has already begun. Zorin, who knew that the investigation has wiretaps of his conversations and his correspondence with Shvetsov, the fact of paying the drug from his card, of course, was nervous, and hardly began to walk around the forest with drugs in his pocket. However, according to the prosecution, everything happened.

Zorin himself says that after the detention near the house, the operative Anatoly Tarasov (do not confuse with the operative Alexei Tarasov, they are just namesakes) put him in his dark Kia:

I had hands in handcuffs, we sat in the dark for about an hour. Then Tarasov opened the door and put the phone into my right pocket and put a bundle there. Suddenly they realized that they had no witnesses, and decided to take Pyaterochka to the store.

We were taken out into the street, and we stood for another thirty minutes. There they brought witnesses, with them they got a phone and a bundle from my pocket. This pocket was not fastened with me, he could get the keys to the car, Sberbank’s card from his inner pocket, but he did not do anything of this. The keys to the apartment remained with me. My car also did not inspect.

Zorin was taken from Bor to Nizhny and back for a long time, but he did not sign what they wanted from him, and at the trial, as he was suppressed, he said that the drug was thrown back to him. The court released him on a recognizance not to leave.

And on March 25, the investigator Anatoly Tarasov was already detained - at the time of the transfer to him a bribe. The opera promised the defendant of the criminal case on the 228th to “solve the problem” with prosecutors and judges, so that the verdict was conditional. Tarasov himself went to the colony for a year.

Investigating Zorin’s case, investigator Smirnov wanted to interrogate two more police officers who participated in operational events, Malova and Vitushkin. But they were already arrested, because, according to investigators, they promised the accused to change the preventive measure from arrest for subscription and soften the prosecution, asking for two million rubles for this.

Nevertheless, Andrei Shvetsov and Andrei Zorin shine long.

The fact that Shvetsov uses drugs does not mean that he sells them.

He is intimidated, like his whole family, the police said everything that they would ask, but even in his testimony dictated by the investigation, there are many inconsistencies and gaps.

And Zorin looks like a certain benefactor for drug addicts. He pays 6,300 rubles for the purchase of drugs in order, according to the investigation, to make a profit. At the same time, the indictment says that two citizens were going to purchase a drug from Zorin and even paid, one - 1000 rubles, the second - 2000. It turns out that Zorin “from mercenary motives” sold what he purchased for 6300 rubles. What a fuck!

There is no doubt that the meaninglessness of the prosecution is obvious to the investigation, both the prosecutors and the court will see her.

By the way, the city court is one of my strongest impressions of visiting Bor. The building consists of two cases connected by a tunnel. Around the devastation, heaps of garbage, gripped walls, racks inside, all trash is lying.

The most suitable place is to consider matters of such quality as Shvetsova and Zorin.
