After giving explanations, the police will decide whether to initiate administrative proceedings against the picketers under the article on non-compliance with the rules of conduct in the event of an emergency (Article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

The participants in the picket queue initially wanted to hold a mass picket, but the authorities did not agree on the event, citing the epidemiological situation.
