The court ordered the United Russia deputy from Anapa to demolish squatter buildings on the Bugaz Spit

The Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Territory satisfied the claim of the Anapa mayor's office for the demolition of unauthorized buildings on the Bugaz Spit. Local deputy and businessman Yevgeny Yanishoglo was ordered to dismantle them within a month, follows from the court decision.

The administration of the resort city of Anapa filed a lawsuit demanding the demolition of unauthorized buildings erected in the village of Vityazevo on Skifskaya Street, 68, in November 2019. There are already several buildings with an area of ​​600 square meters. meters up to 1200 sq. meters, with a poured foundation and laid out walls at the level of the first or third floors, reports RBC .

The city hall did not issue a permit for the work, the lawsuit noted. Moreover, the site itself is located within reserved lands and in zones of restricted residential development, as well as mountain sanitary protection of the resort. The court ultimately sided with the administration and came to the conclusion that the buildings were unauthorized, and the tenant violated the terms of the contract.

Since 2017, the territory on which the squatter building was erected has been allocated for the creation of a specially protected area of ​​natural significance - the Anapa Peresyp natural park. For these purposes, the administration of the Krasnodar region has reserved 342 thousand square meters.

Evgeniy Yanishoglo is a deputy of the Anapa Council in the Dzhiginsky rural constituency and was nominated by the United Russia party. He is a member of the Committee on Finance and Budget, Municipal Property, Social and Economic Development, Entrepreneurship and Trade.
