Khutmat Davletmirzaeva apologized to the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, for the statement that her daughter died from domestic violence. This was reported by Kavkaz.Realii with reference to the story of ChGTRK “Grozny”.
During a meeting at the mayor's office of the city of Gudermes, Kadyrov announced the results of the autopsy of the body of Khutmat's deceased daughter, Madina Umaeva. According to him, the examination showed that there were no signs of violent death. In this regard, the head of Chechnya demanded that the mother disclose the original source of information about the girl’s murder. He also stated that for this purpose, the FSB will check with whom Khutmat spoke on the phone.
Davletmirzaeva said that she was present during the exhumation of Madina’s body and saw the scars on her daughter’s body. In addition, during the funeral, blood was found on the shroud of the deceased, and the mother noticed traces of beatings on Madina’s body, which were hidden with makeup. Chechen prosecutor Abdul-Kadyrov explained this by the decomposition of the body.
The head of Chechnya ordered to take away the granddaughters of Khutmat Davletmirzaeva and hand them over to their father, Viskhadzhi Khamidov.
In June, the body of 23-year-old Madina Umaeva was exhumed . According to her relatives, shortly before her death, Madina quarreled with her husband and his relatives. The reason was child benefit, for which she bought a TV without permission. They believe that the girl was beaten to death: according to her four-year-old daughter Madina, the girl was strangled and thrown down the stairs. According to the husband of the deceased, the girl had an epileptic seizure - she fell down the stairs and could not be saved. Madina’s mother emphasized that her daughter did not have chronic diseases, including epilepsy.
The girl was buried at night, although this is not customary among the Chechens. The imam explained this decision due to the hot weather. Relatives believe that the hasty funeral was carried out in order to hide traces of the crime.
The aunt of the deceased said that Madina got married at 16 and gave birth to three children. In the family, according to her, there were often quarrels - the mother-in-law complained about her daughter-in-law to her son, he beat her.
