A picketer with a poster against amendments to the Constitution was detained on Red Square

Civil activist Viktor Nemytov was detained on Red Square in Moscow, who stood with a banner against amendments to the Constitution. It is reported by MBH Media.

The action lasted only a few minutes, after which police officers approached Nemytov and detained him. Presumably, he will be taken to the Chinatown Police Department.

At the end of May, Nemytov held a one-man picket near the building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on Petrovka in support of Vladimir Vorontsov, the creator of the “Police Ombudsman” public. In this regard, he was detained and arrested for 15 days. A few days later, the Moscow City Court reclassified his actions and imposed only a fine of 20,000 rubles, but released him from payment.

The detainee is left overnight until the trial.
