A municipal deputy of the Akademicheskiy district was detained while posting leaflets

The municipal deputy of the Akademichesky district, Levon Smirnov, was detained while posting leaflets. Smirnov himself told OVD-Info about this.

Smirnov is planned to be taken to the police department for an explanation. The police officer accompanying the deputy to the station claims that he has not been detained.
