Activist Matvey Alexandrov and former person involved in the "Moscow case" Samariddin Radjabov, who are serving an administrative arrest in a special detention center, were charged with a picket in support of Ilya Azar. This is reported by lawyer Maria Eismont.
A senior officer of the Department for the Execution of Administrative Legislation of the Presnensky Department of Internal Affairs acquainted Radjabov and Aleksandrov with the protocols under the article on repeated violation of the rules for holding an action (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). In the picket of activists, the security forces saw "an action clearly united by the unity of goals and a common organization."
The term of administrative arrest of Aleksandrov ends on the evening of June 26, Radjabov - on June 27.
Eismont also spoke about the visit of unknown people to Radjabov's cell. Two unidentified men, who introduced themselves as employees of the PMC, first asked Radjabov about the conditions of detention in the special detention center, and then about who finances him, “whether Khodorkovsky, Navalny and all the others help him.” The men also asked if Radjabov was going to become a “protest leader” and organize a rally.
In a conversation with MBKh Media, PMC member Marina Litvinovich said that the management of the special detention center confirmed that members of the PMC did not come to them. The PMC assumes that the unknowns could be employees of the Center "E", the FSB or other law enforcement agencies.
