List of detainees on promotions in support of Julia Tsvetkova June 27, 2020

On June 27, 2020, in Moscow and St. Petersburg on single pickets in support of LGBT activists Julia Tsvetkova, accused of the manufacture of pornography, 43 people were detained. OVD-Info publishes a list.

Moscow (40 people)

ATS in the Luzhniki district

The detainees are kept in the department in a locked room. Anastasia Samorukova and Tatyana Okushko, Lawyers from the OVD-Info, were not allowed into the department, Samorukova was allowed after 19:50 with his mother a minor, Okushko-after 20:30. As of 22:30, the detainees are gradually released from the department, imputing a violation of Article 3.18 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Moscow (violation of the increased readiness regime), she signed an obligation to appeal to the department for compiling the protocol.

At about 00:30 on June 28, all the detainees were released. At all, the protocols were drawn up under Article 3.18 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Moscow, for six people - even under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 Administrative Code (violation of the rules of participation in the action).

In the same car carrier with activists, there was also journalist Denis Styazhkin, but he was released almost immediately.

ATS in the Krasnoselsky district

Another 2 more people were later brought to the same department: Anastasia resumes ( she was detained about 19 hours ) and Daria Shipacheva.

Anastasia resumes is left overnight with the protocol according to the 8th part of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (repeated violation of the procedure for conducting public events). Everyone else was released about 23 hours, most with protocols under an article on violation of the self -isolation regime (Article 3.18 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Moscow). A protocol was drawn up to Catherine Lemes on violation of the rules of participation in the action (part 5. Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), Daria Shchipacheva was released under an obligation to draw up a protocol under Part 5. Art. 20.2 Administrative Code.

Later it turned out that two minors were taken to Tswwwp [temporary detention center for minor offenders] before the parents arrived. They were released at about 12 o’clock in the afternoon on June 28.

Petersburg (3 people)

Police Department No. 28

1 person: Vladimir Vasilenko. Here, apparently, is Stanislav Teseckert, detained for leaflets against amendments to the Constitution.

Vladimir Vasilenko was released from the department with the protocol under Article 8.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of St. Petersburg (violation of self -isolation rules), Stanislav Teseckert was released without a protocol.

Police Department No. 78

2 people: Anastasia Mikhailova (transported from the 28th police department) and another girl who refused to name the name.

Lawyers from the OVD-Info Valery Vetoshkina and Julia Mikheikina worked, they were never allowed into the department.

The detainees were released at about 21:30 with protocols under Article 8.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of St. Petersburg.
