The detainees are kept in the department in a locked room. Lawyers from OVD-Info Anastasia Samorukova and Tatyana Okushko were not allowed into the department, Samorukova was allowed in after 19:50 along with the minor’s mother, Okushko - after 20:30. As of 22:30, the detainees were gradually released from the department, charged with violating Article 3.18 of the Moscow Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the high alert regime), she signed an obligation to appear at the department to draw up a protocol.

Around 00:30 on June 28, all detainees were released. Protocols were drawn up against all of them under Article 3.18 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Moscow, and for six more people under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the rules of participation in the action).

Journalist Denis Styazhkin was also in the same paddy wagon with the activists, but he was released almost immediately.

19 people: Kamilla Yarycheva, Elena Astafieva, Daria Zhirnova, Ekaterina Lemesh, Maria Milishevich, Veronica Perelevchenko, Daria Libentseva, Polina Vainshtein, Marina Stetsenko, Ksenia Bezdenezhnykh, Elizaveta Dedyakina, Karina Shagislamova, Anna Afanasyeva, Alla Ruban, Surzhana Shirabdorzhieva and three minors .

Maxim Kondratyev was also in the same paddy wagon with the activists, but he was quickly released.

Two more people were later brought to the same department: Anastasia Rezyuk ( she was detained at about 7 p.m. ) and Daria Shipacheva.

Anastasia Rezyuk is left overnight with a report on the 8th part of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (repeated violation of the procedure for holding public events). All the rest were released at about 23:00, most with protocols for violating the self-isolation regime (Article 3.18 of the Moscow Administrative Code). A protocol was drawn up against Ekaterina Lemesh for violating the rules of participation in the action (Part 5, Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code), Daria Shchipacheva was released on an obligation to appear to draw up a protocol under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 Code of Administrative Offences.

It later turned out that the two minors were taken to the TsVINP [Temporary Detention Center for Juvenile Offenders] before their parents arrived. They were released around 12 noon on June 28.

The lawyers from OVD-Info, Dmitry Zakhvatov and Vasily Kushnir, and the lawyer from OVD-Info, Ekaterina Selezneva, worked.

Ekaterina Selezneva was not allowed to see the detainees.

Vladimir Vasilenko was released from the department with a protocol under Article 8.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of St. Petersburg (violation of self-isolation rules), Stanislav Bessekersky was released without a protocol.

2 people: Anastasia Mikhailova (transported from the 28th police department) and another girl who refused to give her name.

The lawyers from OVD-Info, Valeria Vetoshkina and Yulia Mikheykina, worked, but they were never allowed into the department.
