About 300 people are participating in the action, according to the organizers. They continuously crossed one of the central streets of the city. An hour after the start of the strike, traffic on this street stopped. The police detained seven people, they were charged with "illegal organization of the rally and violation of the self-isolation regime." According to the organizers, they submitted a notification about the action, but the authorities did not agree on it.

"Siberia. Realities” failed to get a comment from the city administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

• The authorities want to build a mineral fertilizer plant in Primorye, where they will produce, among other things, ammonia, methanol and carbamide. Local residents do not agree with this, as they plan to launch dangerous production near residential areas.
