In St. Petersburg, the administrative case of the detainee at the picket was terminated in support of the journalist Azar

The Legal Committee in St. Petersburg terminated administrative office work regarding the head of the local headquarters of Navalny Irina Fatyanova. It is reported by "Apology of Protest."

Irina Fatyanova was detained at a single picket in support of the journalist and municipal deputy Ilya Azar on May 29. It made a protocol under the article on violation of the self -isolation regime (Article 8.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of St. Petersburg).

The picket was defended by the lawyer of Navalny’s headquarters Mikhail Uvarov with the support of the lawyer of the Apology of Protest Barbara Mikhailova.

• On May 28, the journalist of Novaya Gazeta and the municipal deputy of the Khamovniki district, Ilya Azar, was arrested for 15 days for a picket in support of the author of the Ombudsman of the Police, Vladimir Vorontsov and previously detained for a similar picket of Viktor Nemetov. Azara was found guilty of repeated violation of the rules of the action (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). On the same day, journalists and activists went in support of Ilya Azar. InMoscow and St. Petersburg, 22 people were detained.
