Taiga.info tells why the former president of Tuva sought help from how the local journalist is pursued by the government of the republic, and what they say to the relatives of patients who complain about the only CT apparatus, an unfinished hospital and oxygen problems.
The ex-head of the Republic of Tuva Sherig-ool Oorzhak made an appeal to the deputy chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, the chief of staff for the fight against coronavirus Tatyana Golikova and the Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko. He asked them to “study the situation in Tuva” deeper, send doctors to the region and build new hospitals. The document was published on social networks by the children of the former president.
According to Oorzhak, Tuva came in first place in terms of incidence of coronavirus per 100 thousand people. “If in the Russian Federation 365.8 per 100 thousand people, then in Tuva 801.5 per 100 thousand population, which is two times higher,” the appeal says. He also called Tuva the leader in the number of those infected among the Siberian regions - in the region there are five times more of them. In neighboring Khakassia, he notes, only 15 people died despite the fact that the population is 1.5 times more there.
Back in mid -June, the son of Oorzhak, one of the two deputies not from United Russia in the Supreme Khural of the Republic Andrian Oorzhak announced the concealment of the number of victims in Tuva. He sent requests to the prosecutor's office and the Ministry of Health. But the officials, in fact, decided to answer him directly on social networks.
The first deputy head of the Tuva Government, Alexander Broker, accused the deputy of "targeted misinformed the population" and attempts to "sow panic and indirectly interfere with the work of doctors." He also decided to talk about "psychosomatics"
“I want to note a rather professional campaign of this group in the organization of panic among the population,” Brozert wrote. - <...> by many times the number of calls to medical institutions. Only at the ambulance station were there about 300 in half of Saturday. Doctors are overloaded with conversations with frightened people, distracted from those who really need help. Medical brigades working on computer tomographs are overloaded. Today, a real diagnosis gives only 30 percent of the investigated. A similar situation with PCR testing. Two -thirds of cases are psychosomatics, caused primarily by the purposeful and methodical actions of professional panickers. ”
Alexander Broker-in fact, the second person in the Tuva government after the head of the Republic of Sholban Kara-ool. He has been working in the administration since 1997, he was the first deputy chairman of the government, but in 2007 he got a job as the director of interaction with the state authorities of the Yenisei Industrial Company CJSC, and then took a similar position in Ulugham Ugol LLC -this is a subsidiary of Severstal. In November 2016, he returned to the post of First Deputy Prime Minister.
In June, the elderly relative of Tuvan Dmitry (the name changed at his request) lost his sense of smell and taste, a little later he had a slight temperature and dry cough. The relatives called an ambulance, which arrived only two days later. Doctors did not notice the signs of pneumonia, wheezing, put an injection to bring down the heat and said to call the therapist who advised to drink Arbidol.
A week later, the temperature rose sharply, and the man began to choke. “We went to CT, the line was huge, but I agreed through my friends, we could hardly hit it. Tomography showed 75% of the lung lesions, well, plus, age [aggravated everything], he is more than 70 years old, ”says Dmitry.
It was not easy to place a relative in the hospital. I had to "connect connections", the man said. The hospital for patients with coronavirus, in his opinion, was not ready for the influx of people. In the medical facility, the elevator did not work and the pensioner had to crawl to the fourth floor on his knees, despite the fact that he had difficulty with difficulty before the illness.

“In this state, the load in general is contraindicated. Naturally, he felt worse, he was completely exhausted, - Dmitry recalls. - In the ward, no one approached him all day. I don’t know if this is due to a large number of patients, or they have a priority for younger patients. Again, I turned to the public and journalists, only after that treatment began. ”
Later, an oxygen apparatus broke in the hospital, and the patients began to choke, says Dmitry. I had to look for cylinders independently at night in a pharmacy. An elderly man held out on them until the morning, but periodically lost consciousness.
Tuvinets brought the medicine from Moscow, "from familiar doctors from the communal."
“Doctors did not want to administer the drug, because according to all the canons of medicine it was accepted that the medicine that reduces immunity cannot be used,” Dmitry notes. - Doctors continue to treat coronavirus as ordinary pneumonia, and in this infection the peculiarity is that the virus itself is killing, but the body's reaction to it. The immune response occurs, and the body itself destroys the lungs. But doctors act as they were taught. I believe that a lot of time was lost because of this. I know that in Moscow they also treated so much, but quickly realized that it was not working, and used foreign experience. And in Tuva they were not ready. "
A few days after therapy, a man became better, he was removed from oxygen and transferred to a regular ward. Now he is waiting for confirmation of the negative result for coronavirus. Dmitry says that doctors gave little chance of recovery to his relative, despite the fact that he does not have chronic diseases, only "sometimes the pressure rises."
“The situation with the virus is very difficult. The worst thing happened in Tuva - everyone fell ill at once. The medical institutions were not ready, they simply choked in such a stream of sick, ”the man complains.
The English language teacher from Tuva Aldnai Igrit passed the analysis for Koronavirus as early as June 19, but 26 she answered that he was not ready yet. Starting June 16, she began her chest and shortness of breath. Now the woman is treated at home with antibiotics, which she "somehow found." Prices in pharmacies have taken off, and the necessary medicines are in short supply, she clarifies. The ambulance was sent to the therapist, and he is "one by several hundred people."
“They simply do not allow tomography without analysis to coronavirus. I have three children, everyone lives with me, they also have all the symptoms. Many colleagues and relatives who cannot wait for any help are generally afraid to contact the media, ”the woman says. “<...> We are sick with families, but we cannot wait for help.”
According to the correspondent of the Tuvan channel 8, Almira Sendy, of the three tomographs in the republic, was left alone, and many are forced to go to the neighboring Abakan procedure.
The journalist began to remove stories about coronavirus in Tuva precisely after the mass requests of the inhabitants. According to Sendy, people wrote that their relatives were taken away with lung defeat, and in the cause of death, concomitant diseases indicated. For a long time in the official report of the republican government, only two dead from the Covid-19 was reported.
Sendy interviewed a resident of Kyzyl Kira Salchak, from whom uncle and mother -in -law died from coronavirus, but they did not enter the statistics. The journalist also included personnel from the city cemetery in the plot, in the northwestern part of which, 30–40 meters from the rest of the graves, allocated a site for those who died from the disease. There are a lot of fresh burials in the video.
“But, unfortunately, we cannot say that all these people died from a new virus. <...> Kira Salchak confirmed: the hospital’s employees told them that they should be buried in this place, ”Almira Sendy said in her plot.
After the report, the deputy chairman of the regional rule and the Minister of Justice Audas Oyun personally wrote a statement to Sendy in the Investigative Committee under Art. 207.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (public distribution of knowingly false information about the circumstances posed by the threat of life and security of citizens). But the investigators interviewed the head of the Pathological Department of the State “Resbolnitsa No. 1” Nadezhda Kuzhuget, and she stated that by June 18, “openings of 41 corpses of persons who were diagnosed with Covid-19 coronation were“ conducted, ”the verification materials said, a copy of the Taiga.info.
The document also contains the words of the deputy head of the department of the city economy Kyzyl Sanchay Shenna that the site of the cemetery, the personnel from which appeared in the plot of Sente, was really allocated for the dead from the virus. The department refused to initiate criminal proceedings.
“After my plot, they at least in the reports began to write that two lethal cases were from coronavirus. I talked with the Ministry of Health and the Minister of Informatization, asked them about dialogue, ”said the taiga. Info journalist. - Even to the Federal Ministry of Health sent a request, but only they have everything for a long time there. For more than ten days I have been waiting for an answer, maybe they, of course, imply working ten days. ”
The heroine of the plot Kira Salchak laid out on her page on Instagram Storis about how her uncle was taken out in a closed coffin from the morgue, after which she made an application for slander, added Almira Sendy.
The journalist herself in the city department of the criminal police presented a violation of self -isolation, as well as drawing up a protocol for it for the desecration of the republican flag.
“I have a photo where I stand with a shaman, and in the background the Tuvin flag wrapped. I didn't even notice him. Moreover, the wind was, ”Sendy explained. - They put pressure on me, rot me with these statements, arrange a demonstrative flogging. But I do not lie. I have heroes. Yes, there are no official sources. And why do I need this Ministry of Health if they hide statistics. But the people are on my side, because our channel shows the truth. ”
According to the Channel 8 correspondent, the Tuva government "should immediately ask for help from the federal center, because the republic could not cope, people are dying."
Her words are confirmed by Dmitry. He added that the issue of incidence of infection "is in the political plane. “Due to the fact that the governor has a term, and he hopes to obtain permission for the next term, the fourth. But the silence of the situation leads to the fact that many people are sick and dies. But for this, in the end, you will have to be responsible, ”he says. - The situation in Tuva is silent. The rest of the regions report that they are all right. I think the situation will soon change, because the sick people from our region leave for other regions for treatment, and outbreaks in the regions may begin in the near future. ”
At the same time, according to the man, the inhabitants, due to the isolation of the republic, are “loyal to the federal government”, but are dissatisfied with the local administration. He believes that they generally have a “positive attitude” to vote on amendments to the Constitution.
Now, according to the official Federal Staff to combat coronavirus, only three have died in the republic. Although even according to the Tuva government, 14 people died “from the Covid-19”.
In addition, on June 21, the Tuva authorities spoke about the death of 31 patients with coronavirus, but after June 24 they stopped publishing statistics on the mortality of the infected ones, leaving in it only those who have the “main diagnosis of Covid”.
Due to the outbreak of coronavirus in Tuva, the Ministry of Health RF decided to send “eight specialists” to the republic. “They will provide methodological support to the republican authorities to organize medical care to patients with Covid-19, as well as directly advise the most severe patients,” the press service of the ministry said.
After the letter of the ex-president of Tuva, with a request for help, the current heads of the republic, Sholban Kara-ool, decided in his characteristic manner to answer on social networks. He stated that the Ministry of Health R f promised additional specialists precisely on his Kara-ool request. He then said, “how [the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Shoigu] Sergey Kuzhuhetovich was from the very beginning with us in the fight against this damned Covid”: “Yesterday [June 25], with his support in Kyzyl, we began to deploy a mobile hospital into 100 beds and an observator of 200 people.”
The Mobile Hospital is army tents near the Republican Hospital No. 1. The head of Tuva “calculates” that he will open on June 29. “And for those who depict allegedness and violent activity with letters and assessments, I ask you not to be attached,” he added in VKontakte.
At the same time, Sholban Kara-ool removed quarantine in the Republic on June 22. He retained the regime of self -isolation, but added an exception to it to vote on amendments to the Constitution. Against the background of this decree, Kyzyl’s authorities canceled all city and suburban passenger transportation, referring to the “extremely unfavorable epidemiological situation in the region”.
