And by the way, he is not so loyalist. Yes, he cursed with Shevchuk and Noise because of the Khimkinsky forest. Yes, Kosteril Navalny and Sobchak, and otherwise, did not respond through the lip about protests. Yes, he willingly contacted officials. Yes, the first channel, and the further, the more often. Another thing is that Shnurov sincerely does not believe that in the country you can change something (by the political struggle) and laughs at those who believe. But it seems not to be a loyalist, but a cynic and a skeptic.

Shnurov’s main producer reception is to lower the bar as much as possible and thereby expand the audience.

That is, to sing “people do not fly”, but so that no one is upset from this, and everyone, on the contrary, rejoice. “Any shit loves our people”, any other would sound insulting, and the whole hall sang to him. Yes, we love shit, but what is the right, we have the right. Even interesting.

The bulk of emigration is not metropolitan and not political. These are people from the regions that have moved to America and other countries of the first world, simply because it is better there. Their tastes, of course, are no longer Brighton, as in the 80s (Shufutinsky, Tokarev, Lyuba Uspenskaya), but ... not so much changed.

Emigration has always loved the genre song (which we are just accustomed to calling blades). And the cord is the author of the “Second Magadan” (“Mom, Pour”, “Super Hood”, “Apple”), He is well versed in this topic. Of course, the latest albums of Leningrad (unlike the first) can not be called thieves, but they fit into the definition of “restaurant music”. And this is also in tune with the emigrant audience.

And the political views of compatriots are not so different from the Russian ones. It only seems that everyone who left is hated by the ruling regime in Russia. Someone hates, someone is not, but remember the recent reaction of the vast majority of emigrants to “black riots”.
