There is an update
The CEC of Belarus took off from the election of the opposition Tskkkol. Half of the signatures was rejected

Ten years ago, on the night after the election, we were simultaneously brought to the IVS to the surroundings. Nikolai had a caramel in his pocket. He gave it in a gunsar. I promised that after 15 days it was my turn to treat. So agreed. We saw each other only five years later, when Nikolai left prison.
Five years have passed since his arrest and five after liberation. On May 31, Nikolai Statkevich, who was traveling to the legal election picket for the collection of signatures, unknown glooms in civilians dragged out of the car and taken away. Statkevich’s wife Marina Adamovich on the same day filed an application for the abduction of a person. But in the evening of the same day, he was found in the same insulator on the surroundings, and on June 1 he was awarded 15 days of arrest for "organizing an unauthorized mass event." On June 15, they did not release it: they quickly bought out a new administrative case and awarded in absentia for another 15 days - this time for calls to participate in an unauthorized event. This time he was supposed to be released on June 30. The night before, Marina reported that a criminal case was opened against Statkevich under Article 342 (“Organization of actions grossly violating public order”). And on June 30, he was transferred to a pre -trial detention center on Volodarsky Street: where Sergey Tikhanovsky and another and a half people are already sitting.

Now they are all - accomplices.
In total, 17 people are accused of this criminal case. Seven of them are bloggers: Sergey Tikhanovsky, Vladimir Nevsky, Sergey Petrukhin, Alexander Kabanov, Dmitry Kozlov, Vladimir Tsyganovich, Igor Losik. The remaining ten are members of the initiative group Svetlana Tikhanovskaya, detained simultaneously with her husband Sergey on May 29 in Grodno during a picket for the collection of signatures (except Virgil Ushak, who simply took off the picket and was not even familiar with any of the members of the initiative group). This list is clearly not closed, because not all those arrested on the pickets have left their “day”. As, for example, Pavel Severinets, co -chair of the unregistered party "Belarusian Christian Democracy." He was detained on June 7 - of course, after a legal picket. There were a great many protocols. Now, in total, Pavel needs to sit for 75 days (17 of them he is in Kartsere).

And there is another court ahead, and the day should become 90. The Pavel must come out in the fall. If it does not become accused under the same criminal article.
By the way, it was under Article 342 that Pavel Severin was convicted after the 2010 election. We then ended up on the same bench of the defendants. For all four days of the trial, Paul did not say a word and did not crouched on that very bench. He just stood holding on to the cage rods. It was his silent protest - the only one accessible to the prisoner. Then Severin did spent three years on Chemistry. Today he is in Kartsere, and it is not known whether he will come out in the fall or will be transferred from an IVS to a pre -trial detention center. As if there were no ten years.
And on Monday, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus began a pre -investigation verification of the “illegal activity” of Valery Temkkol, another presidential candidate (two - Viktor Babariko and Sergey Tikhanovsky - already in the pre -trial detention center). The audit is carried out at the request of the Turkish businessman Sedat Igdezhi, who claims that his company was building a house for the national library for which he did not pay for Tsepkalo. And it was seven years ago. And now the builder successfully remembered the debt.

Meanwhile, the district election commissions recognize the signatures collected by Viktor Babariko and Valery Tsepkalo by thousands and tens of thousands. The elections are over. Perhaps Glor will not be imprisoned. Perhaps Babariko, Tikhanovsky and the rest will be released by the fall. Because Lukashenko is not afraid of a particular Babarico or Tikhanovsky, or Tsepkalo, or Statkevich with Severinets.
He is afraid of the people. He is afraid of protest. He had never been “three percent” before Sasha, and therefore puts everyone.
His task is to destroy the protest and make people be afraid, just ten years ago.
“I know what Nikolai would say now,” Marina Adamovich’s wife wrote on her Facebook. “He would say: don't stop.”
And no one will stop.
