In St. Petersburg, police detained Yabloko member Dmitry Khorzov for distributing leaflets against amendments to the Constitution. This was reported to OVD-Info by Alexey Vorobyov.
Khorzov was taken to the 33rd police department. It is still unknown what article the detainee is charged with.
On July 1, at 1:20 a.m., Khorzov was released from the police department with a protocol on the distribution of campaign materials in violation of the requirements of election law (Article 5.12 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). It is reported by MBH Media.
According to him, before he was released from the department, an employee of the Center "E" came there and asked questions not related to the detention.
