A participant in a picket against amendments to the Constitution was detained in Kazan

In Kazan, the police detained Amirkhan Sofronov, a participant in a one-man picket against amendments to the Constitution. He himself told OVD-Info about this.

The activist stood with a banner reading "Putin is a thief, a liar and a murderer." The police stated that he had allegedly received a complaint about a violation of public order and took him to a police stronghold. What article will be imputed to the detainee is still unknown.

20:40 Sofronov is taken from the police stronghold to OP 16 to draw up a protocol on an administrative offense. The detainee himself informed OVD-Info.
