The CEC of Russia presented updated data on voting in Komi: after processing 28.31% of the protocols, 66.19% of voters supported the amendments to the Constitution, while 32.89% were against.
Initially, after processing 5.2% of the protocols, the CEC reported that 68.88% of voters were against the adoption of the amendments, and 29.93% voted in favor.
Deputy head of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation Nikolai Bulaev said that preliminary information appeared after the processing of "two protocols from the PEC."
“There was such information, it is now gone. A new one has appeared,” said Bulaev.
