The majority of voters in Russia voted for the adoption of amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation. 77.93% voted for, 21.27% against, follows from the CEC data after processing 90% of the protocols.
The turnout in the all-Russian voting was 64.99%. According to the head of the Central Election Commission, Ella Pamfilova, in the future, the turnout data may be adjusted.
The CEC has five days to calculate the results of the vote, and another three days to publish them.
