Among the detainees is Meduza correspondent Kristina Safonova. The paddy wagon stands in the courtyard of the Zamoskvorechye police department.

By 22:45 Moscow time, 15 people were in the paddy wagon. The lawyers of the "Apology of Protest" were let into the police department at about 22:30.

• Pickets were held near the FSB building in support of the Pskov journalist Svetlana Prokopieva, for whom the prosecutor's office on July 3 requested six years in prison in a case of justifying terrorism.
