Amendments to the Constitution will come into force on July 4

Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the entry into force of amendments to the Constitution. They will come into effect on July 4, 2020.

The document is posted on the Kremlin website.

The President also instructed the FSO to “ensure the official publication of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, as amended, on the Official Internet Portal of Legal Information (www.pravo.gov.ru).”

The text of the Constitution with all the amendments began to be sold even before the vote, but with an addition that "the changes come into force from the day of the official publication of the results of the all-Russian vote."
