As the Prosecutor General and SK found on different lines of the front in the case of investigator Minihmetov

On Friday evening, almost simultaneously - at 19.00, 19.03 and 19.04 - information on the detention of a senior investigator on particularly important cases of the Investigative Committee Ruslan Minihmetov and the initiation of a criminal case on the receipt of a bribe on an especially large scale (part 6 of article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) appeared on the website of the Investigative Committee and TASS. At the same time, it became known that the decision on the initiation of the case was personally signed by the head of the UK, Alexander Bastrykin.

It was argued that a petition for the arrest of the “Vazhnyak” was prepared, which was already examined on Saturday by the Basmanny Court of Moscow.

Readers recalled that the miniakhmetov conducted such resonant investigations as the case against the Lieutenant General of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Denis Svugrobov, the case of Lieutenant General of the FSKN Alexander Bulbov, the case against the former head of the State Medical University of the Investigative Committee of Dmitry Dovgiya, the case of the ex-head of the Globex bank Vitaly Vavilin, “Forestry” in relation to Alexei and Oleg Oleg Navalny.

But by Saturday, the information salvo on Ruslan Miniakhmetov, inflicted by state agencies, began to look like an attempt to put on the Prosecutor General and to bring information about the detention of the investigator to the country's chief arbitrator.

The fact is that by seven o'clock in the evening, by the time of the appearance of news agencies and the SK website, the message on the initiation of a criminal case against Miniihmetov, in the management of the FSB (is responsible for the “order” in law enforcement agencies), whose operatives were detained by the investigator and in a technical lane where the Bastrykin’s office and other leaders of the Investigative Committee, already knew what was located in the criminal The General Prosecutor's Office and Deputy Prosecutor Grin was already preparing the case on the cancellation of the decision on the initiation of a criminal case.

After Viktor Grin canceled this decree signed by Alexander Bastrykin himself, the Prosecutor General’s Office stood a pause. Perhaps they waited for the Kremlin’s reaction. It was not followed. And at about nine o’clock in the evening, special communications officers delivered a document signed by the deputy prosecutor general.

Ruslan miniakhmetov at that time was on interrogation in the office of the deputy head of the State Pedagogical University of the TFR Pavel Goryachev, to whom Bastrykin instructed the investigation.

At the interrogation of Minihmetov, they brought at about five o’clock in the evening. And the operatives of the FSB management of the FSB came to his office at 9 hours 15 minutes in the morning. For almost eight hours, searches lasted at several more addresses.

As the “new” lawyer Konstantin Trapaidze, representing the interests of Ruslan Minihmetov, told, he and his client immediately decided that they would not take advantage of the 51st article of the Constitution (not to testify against himself about the right).

“We have nothing to hide, and we gave detailed, vast, in my opinion - practically exhaustive testimonies ...” said the lawyer.
That is why the interrogation dragged on for almost four hours.

About nine o’clock in the evening of the miniakhmeta and Trapaidze went to the corridor to wait for the document on the placement of the investigator of the “Vazynyak” in the temporary detention center (IVS), where he was to spend the night before the meeting of the Basmann District Court.

“Miniakhmetov already handed me the clock, the engagement ring, asked to contact my wife,” the lawyer shared.

But unexpectedly for both of them they were presented with a document on the refusal of placement in the IVS.

“We thought that the investigator figured out everything ...” Trapidze admitted. - We still did not know that Grin canceled the decree on initiating a criminal case.

... The lawyer chose not to talk about the plot of criminal proceedings not to talk. But from the sources in the central apparatus of the SK, we managed to find out that Miniakhmetov was probably charged with receiving a bribe from a certain Andrei Matus, a resident of Anapa, convicted of several episodes of fraud committed back in 2015.

Since the geography of fraudulent “exploits” of Matus was not limited to Anapa and the Krasnodar Territory, it was in Moscow, in the production of the central apparatus of the UK.

Interestingly, this criminal case was transferred to Miniakhmetov when it was instituted, and a preventive measure was already chosen to Matus.

Sources in law enforcement agencies, familiar from the background of the situation, suggest that the detention and initiation of a criminal case against Ruslan Minihmetov was only the first part of the FSB management special operation. The investigator for particularly important cases of the initiators of the case, apparently, was not very interested in.

Most likely, the calculation was surprise and nutrav, on the fact that, being in a prison cell, the miniakhmetov would “swim”, will go to the “deal with the investigation” and provide compromising information on the heads of the FSB (economic counterintelligence) management, which tightly cooperate with the Investigative Committee.

It is no secret that the relationship of the Lubyansk towers “M” and “K” is like in a raven settlement. It is enough to recall the last high -profile cases also with the high ranks of the central apparatus of the SK and the leadership of the Moscow investigation - then all the background of the confrontation very clearly crawled out. And the miniakhmetov basically investigated criminal cases, the operational support of which managed the “K” of the FSB, and, in fact, it was the initiator of their excitement.

In order to get information, you only need to correctly press, convince that once it was in the cell, since Bastrykin himself signed a decision on initiating a criminal case, it means that you do not have to count on an acquittal - therefore, bargain in the colony for the final period.

But the developers of the special operation did not take into account the "Krasnov factor"; It was possible that before the appointment by the Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov, he worked as a deputy head of the UK, oversaw the work of investigators to investigate especially important cases, including investigator Ruslan Miniakhmetov. What is important, Igor Krasnov is well acquainted with the bar of criminal proceedings against Andrei Matus.

It was Krasnov who seized this criminal case from the production of one investigator and transferred to the production of Miniakhmetov.

On Saturday, it became known that the Russian Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov instructed the military prosecutor’s office to verify the legality of the actions of the FSB Office, who conducted the detention of investigator SK Ruslan Minihmetov. Meanwhile, the head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, protested the resolution of the Deputy Prosecutor General of Russia Viktor Grin, from the Russian Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov.
