Roman Putin will head the party "The people against corruption"

The cousin of Russian President Vladimir Putin, entrepreneur Roman Putin was nominated as chairman of the Personal Party against Corruption (NPK). The party’s website reports that the decision on the appointment of Putin’s novel by the party leader will be made at the NPK Congress on July 5.

Roman Putin joined the party on June 21. The party site says that with the advent of Putin’s leadership, the party will receive a new impetus in the development of anti -corruption activities, the implementation of various social projects.

In March, the newspaper Kommersant said that Roman Putin plans to create his own party to participate in the elections to the State Duma. The President’s cousin said that the main goal of his party will be to help individual entrepreneurs and self -employed.
