Perm was detained by a member of the unregistered party "Other Russia" Ivan Kouorov, the Party press service told the OVD-INFO.
Kouorov was detained at the exit of the house and taken to the police department No. 6. What is charged with him is unknown. Perhaps the detention is associated with a single picket against the official voting results on amendments to the Constitution on July 1.
19:30 on Ivan Kouorov drew up a protocol under an article on violation of the rules of the action (part 1 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), the press service of another Russia reports. The reason for drawing up the protocol was a picket on July 1.
