An administrative report on petty hooliganism was drawn up against a resident of Nizhnekamsk who attacked women in a park (Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code), Vesti Kamaz reports , citing the police.

Judging by the video, the man kicked women, including those who were walking in the Family Park with children. He kicked one of them in the back, walking with a stroller and three small children, and she fell. The attacker continued to kick her. According to KazanFirst , two victims are pregnant.

“He kicked me on the left side of my leg, on my thigh. He struck several times,” told a pregnant local resident TNV. According to the TV channel, the detainee was a 34-year-old local resident who had previously been convicted.

He explained the “aggression by a hostile attitude towards women,” Vesti Kamaz reports. As the publication notes, the police are deciding whether to initiate criminal proceedings against the detainee.
