The biography of Andrei Evgenievich Dolonov is little known. We know for sure that from 2007 to 2011 he was the head of the department of economic security and opposition to corruption of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Prikuban district of Krasnodar, in 2011 he became deputy head of the city Internal Affairs Directorate, and in 2014 he headed the city OEP.

Andrei Dogonov has a brother Maxim, he is an individual entrepreneur. Andrei Dogonov is married to Alexander Viktorovna Dogonova. She is also an individual entrepreneur, is engaged in real estate. Since 2018, she has this land in Krasnodar. The house and the pool are not accountable for the cadastral accounting.

In June 2013, the mayor of Krasnodar, Vladimir Evlanov, decided to change the type of permitted use of land on the 1st Ligovsky passage from agriculture to individual development. But here is what we missed. A month later, there was another resolution, which was signed by Mikhail Frolov, who performed, at that time, the duties of the head of Krasnodar. This is a decision to resolve the development of documentation on the planning of the territory in the area of ​​the 1st Ligovsky passage in the Prikuban intra-city district of Krasnodar.

In the resolution we see the names we are already familiar to us: the deputy general director of Gazprom Interregiongaz Krasnodar Kirill Buryak, businessmen Yuri and Valentin Smetanins, Grigory Korshunov, who received a site by the court decision, and then resell the land of judge Denis Kutchenko.

The name of Andrei Evgenievich Dogonov also appears here. If the head of the OEP received a site according to a similar scheme, it explains a lot. This explains the starry wedding of his son, a trip to the Maldives, expensive cars on which his family moves.

The head of the OPEP could not be accidentally in this list. Even if Andrei Dogonov received the site absolutely legally, which we doubt very much, his neighbors - no. Right under the nose of the main police fighter with economic crimes and corruption, state land was stolen, how is this?

It is possible that relatives-entrepreneurs are needed to legalize income. Why, another 19-year-old Ilya Progonov needed to open an individual entrepreneur? He studies, plays football, and he also does a business. Miracle man.

We believe that the leadership of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs should check the activities of the head of the city OEP Andrei Dogonov and his relatives for involvement in corruption schemes and take effective measures as soon as possible.
