An administrative case against a participant in a single picket was dropped in St. Petersburg

The St. Petersburg Committee on Legality terminated the administrative case against Ivan Shershnev, a participant in a solitary picket. This is reported by the "Apology of Protest" with reference to the human rights activist Varya Mikhailova.

When making its decision, the Committee referred to the insignificance of the "offense" of the picketer.
