In St. Petersburg, a network of hospitals is being prepared, which, if necessary, can quickly rebuild work in a pandemic. This was reported on the website of the city administration.

The Nikolaev hospital in Peterhof and the new building of the War Veterans Hospital, the laying of which is scheduled for July 9, will include the Network of the hospitals. In the same format, hospital No. 33 in Kolpina will work, the new building of which was planned to be completed back in 2014. Due to the change of contractors, the deadlines for the surrender of the facility were shifted, the work resumed only in early 2020.

Now, 24 institutions are taken with coronavirus in St. Petersburg, six of them are federal. Three hospitals are prepared for suspension of patients with COVID-19.
