The court in Kolpina registered 25 cases against Petersburgers who violated the mask regime

Kolpinsky District Court registered 25 materials in cases of violation of the mask regime. This was reported by the United press service of the vessels of St. Petersburg.

The protocols are drawn up under part 1 of Article 20.6.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. As explained in the press service, in all cases we are talking about finding in public places without masks and gloves. For example, one Petersburger drew up a protocol for the lack of protective equipment in the 8-ka store on July 3, the other on July 5 went without a PPE on a bus. The materials have not yet been accepted for production.

Since June 1, wearing personal protective equipment on the street has a recommendatory, not mandatory in nature. Many townspeople have not observed this rule before, but it is not known whether the punishment followed. At the same time, the use of masks and gloves in public transport, at stops and in public premises, including stores, remains mandatory. For violation, a fine of 4 thousand rubles is laid.
