In the "Nikolsky ranks" the courtyard

In the "Nikolsky ranks" on Sadovaya Street opened the courtyard. Now anyone can visit it, the authors of the project told Paper .

The yard works from 10 to 22 hours. On Saturday and Sunday, on July 11 and 12, there will be installed foods. At the same time, residents will change every weekend.

On the territory of the courtyard were installed benches and swing-kokons. The Hard Rock Cafe Cafe Cafe Restaurant in the building posted a summer terrace in the courtyard, which begins to work on July 9.

A coworking zone also works in the courtyard, a playground was organized. In addition, visitors will be able to see the exhibition “Nicoloi ranks - 2025” with presentations of projects of how the object can change in the future.

In early June, it became known that in the courtyard of the “Nicolean ranks” they would create a new public space. An investment-consulting company Ales Capital, together with Miles & Yards, a management company, which was engaged in the first stage in the development of Sevkabel Port, will be created. The concept began to be implemented in June 2020, they are calculated completely to work on the project for five years.

In particular, the authors of the project intend to increase the pedestrian availability of the “Nikolsky ranks” and use buildings and plots in the adjacent territory. New catering establishments and services will appear in the building. For exhibitions in the courtyard, they want to install several pavilions. The owner plans to set a screensh with a screen on which online concerts, performances, matches and lectures will be broadcast.

In 2018, “Nikolsky ranks” opened after the reconstruction. The buildings appeared in the building and the first institution of the international restaurant network Hard Rock Cafe in St. Petersburg. At the same time, the entrance to the courtyard was not free.
