The court terminated the case of a retired officer of Skubak about hooliganism, instituted after a picket with the presidential administration

In Moscow, the court terminated the administrative case of petty hooliganism Art. 20.1 Code of Administrative Offenses), which was brought up on a retired Major of the missile forces of Vladimir Skubak after a single picket on May 11, 2019 by the presidential administration. This was announced by MBH Media by the lawyer of the Public Verdict Alexei Laptev.

“The judge called the police officers who presented explanations that Skubak participated in a fight and committed petty hooliganism. Today, before interrogating the police, the judge watched a video on which it was clear that there was no fight-the scobaca stood crossing his arms over his chest, he was doused with some liquid activists, ”said Laptev.

According to him, the court also introduced to the case of last year’s case the decision of the Moscow City Court according to the coordinator of the “Left Front” Sergey Udaltsov, who was also at the scene.

“In relation to Udaltsov, a protocol on an administrative violation for petty hooliganism was also drawn up, and the Moscow City Court justified it. Police officers themselves did not insist that Skubak committed an offense, there is a video. Today, the court announced the resolution of the decision that Skubak was not guilty, that the case is subject to termination, due to the lack of an administrative offense in his actions, ”added Laptev.

On May 11, 2019, Skubak stood in a single picket near the presidential administration building with a sign “Putin deceived me. Hunger strike ". Two women approached him, one of whom turned the poster “Stop the fifth column”. The officer called the police to complain about the obstruction of the action, but they, together with the woman, were detained by Skubak himself. The officer drew up a protocol under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the Promotion Procedure).

Earlier, Skubak said that before dismissal he was not paid a subsidy for housing laid down by law. He was detained several times at the end of April and early May. The police made protocols on the illegal wearing of military uniforms on Skubak (Article 17.12 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and on petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
