The resolution of the investigator says that the refusal to initiate a criminal case is justified by the "lack of corpus delicti." “The decision was made almost two months after our appeal, instead of 30 days. In addition, the check was not carried out thoroughly. It follows from the text of the decision that the investigator was checked by the work of the clinic only in 2020, the previous years of the clinic was not checked. We will appeal this decision in court, ”said Tatyana Savvina, lawyer of legal initiative.

Earlier, the mother of a nine -year -old girl turned to human rights activists with a request for help. According to her, her ex -husband without her knowledge took her daughter to the Aibolit clinic, where the girl was made female circumcision. According to the report received from the official Aibolit account on Instagram, a children's gynecologist POSTALGIEV is made in the clinic of the female circumcision, the cost of the procedure is two thousand rubles. The clinic stated that "this is done according to the testimony and at the request of the parents."

In relation to Nalgieva, the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code (intentional infliction of easy harm to health).
