In Moscow, the court for the second time arrested 15 days of group 24 activists for a rally on Red Square
The Tver District Court of Moscow arrested 15 days of Group 24 activists of Makhmadjon Rachmatjoni and Shobudin Badalov under an article on the demonstration of Nazi paraphernalia (part 1 of article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) for a rally on Red Square, for which they have already been deprived of liberty for the same period. It is reported by the OVD-Info.
On the shares, they had a poster with the inscription "The difference between the dictators", under which the images of Adolf Hitler and President of Tajik, Enomali Rakhmonov, were located. It is noted that the judge did not listen to a lawyer who tried to explain why the poster could not be considered Nazi attributes.
Rachmatjoni and Badalov were detained the day before, when they left the special -reception, where they served 15 days of arrest for disobedience to the police officer. Earlier, the court had previously fined them for 15 thousand rubles for violation of the rules of public event. On June 24, activists went to Red Square with an action against the participation of the President of Tajikistan in a parade in honor of the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
