
The Netherlands intend to file a lawsuit against Russia in the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) due to the collapse of the Boeing Malaysian over Donbass. This was reported on the website of the Netherlands Government. The Netherlands statement will include all the data collected during the investigation of the crash of the aircraft.
“Giving this interstate statement, the Netherlands support all of the 298 MH17 victims, representing 17 different nationalities and their closest relatives,” it was said.
The MH17 flight of Malaysian Airlines was shot down over Ukraine on July 17, 2014. There were 298 people on board the liner, they all died. According to the official version of the international investigative group in the case of the Boeing disaster, the plane was shot down from the Buk anti-aircraft missile system, which arrived at Ukraine from the Russian military unit near Kursk and belonged to the 53rd anti-aircraft missile brigade of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
