The Sverdlovsky District Court of Perm dismissed the administrative case against National Bolshevik Roman Shipitsin in connection with the July 1 picket near the polling station due to the lack of corpus delicti. This is reported by the telegram channel "Molotov!".
On July 1, Shipitsin stood up with a banner “You got screwed again in the elections” in front of the building of the polling station for amendments to the Constitution in Perm. Three days later, he was taken from the village of Stryapunyata (57 km from Perm) to the Perm police station, where he was charged with violating the procedure for organizing a public event (part 1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) due to the threat of the spread of coronavirus.
At the trial, Shipitsin was able to file a petition and submit video materials that confirmed the absence of an offense in his actions.
