Migrants escaped from the Tver temporary detention center by knocking out the bars and climbing down the sheets

19 foreigners escaped from a temporary detention center in Tver, reports . the regional department of the Investigative Committee

The migrants were supposed to be expelled from Russia. The foreigners propped the door open with a metal cabinet, knocked out the bars, tied up the sheets, climbed down onto the street and fled, the release said.

The Investigative Committee opened a case of negligence (Part 1 of Article 293 of the Criminal Code) due to the “lack of proper control on the part of officials.”
