Two defrauded shareholders were detained at the Moscow City Hall

Two defrauded shareholders, Yuri Lebedkin and Irina Lekomtseva, were detained at the Moscow City Hall. They submitted an appeal to the Moscow government. The police cited the lack of identification documents as the reason for the arrest. Both detainees were taken to the Tverskoy police station. One of the defrauded shareholders, Tatyana, reported this to OVD-Info.

According to the latest information, Lekomtseva from the Tverskoy police department could have been taken to another police department.

Lekontseva, along with one of the police officers, was taken away for a medical examination. She will be defended by OVD-Info lawyer Vasily Kushnir.

13:45 A report is being drawn up against Lebedkin under articles of disobedience to a lawful demand of a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code) and violation of the self-isolation regime (Article 20.6.1 of the Administrative Code). A report was drawn up against her regarding disobedience to a lawful demand of a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code). In addition, she signed an obligation to appear to draw up a protocol on violation of the procedure for holding public events (Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code).

22:40 According to lawyer from OVD-Info Vasily Kushnir, a pre-investigation check is now being carried out against Lekomtseva - in her actions they found signs of violence against a government official, not dangerous to life and health. On July 14, Lekontseva, together with lawyer Kushnir, must appear before the investigator, after which the investigator will decide whether to initiate a criminal case.

The news was changed due to the fact that Lebedkin was released from the department. It was previously stated that he was being held overnight until his trial.
