A court in Tula fined a picketer 800 rubles

A court in Tula fined Madina Avsetova 800 rubles under the article on disobedience to the demand of a law enforcement officer (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) during a single picket with a poster “No to coronavirus”. Oleg Ponkratov, a lawyer from OVD-Info, reports this.

The court based its decision on the testimony of one police officer and found that all of Avsetova's arguments were intended to evade responsibility.

The woman was detained on July 10. A protocol was drawn up against her under the article on disobedience to the demand of a law enforcement officer due to the fact that she did not present her documents.

Avsetov was left overnight in the department. The police did not let her sign the report, making notes that she herself refused to do so.
