Initially, he was simply called “Edward” - the prefix was added when it became non -ropic.

Petersburgers noticed the first fallen trees after 16:00: they fell on roads, wires, houses and cars. Soon, the improvement committee announced that due to bad weather , Yusupovsky, Nikolsky, Tauride, Ovsyannikovsky, Lopukhinsky gardens, as well as the square near the Kazan Cathedral and the square of Galina Starovotova, were closing.
