Minister of Culture Olga Lyubimova signed an order "On recommendations to organizations that show films publicly (cinemas)". It lifts recommendations to suspend cinemas from March 23 due to the spread of the coronavirus.

Against the backdrop of the pandemic, the Russian film industry and the content production industry will lose more than a third of their income in 2020, the Ministry of Culture has calculated.
